Dr Ciara Dunleavy
Born and raised in Ireland, Ciara then attended Glasow University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2015. She moved to New Zealand in 2022 for a new adventure and having fallen in love with the people and the place she plans to stay for the foreseeable future.
You may be surprised to know Ciara undertook an exchange programme and studied at a Chinese university during her undergraduate degree.
Ciara enjoys working with anxious patients as she understands how daunting the dental environment can be. She aims to help patients feel more relaxed about undergoing dental treatment.
Ciara loves to aid people out of their pain and help them smile with confidence.
Outside of work Ciara loves spending time outdoors, tramping, running, skiing, surfing and visiting new places. Her favourite place is on top of a mountain with a nice view.
